Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including lighting and power distribution.
  2. Install, maintain, and repair heating and ventilation systems, including boilers and other equipment.
  3. Perform basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and maintenance of pipes and fixtures.
