About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join our team at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. in London. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the Treasury function for all UK entities, including cash and working capital, foreign exchange risk, liquidity investments, and payroll accounting.

The Challenge

  • Manage the Treasury function for all UK entities, including cash and working capital, foreign exchange risk, liquidity investments, and payroll accounting.
  • Develop and implement effective Treasury strategies to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with the US Treasury function and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead the Senior Treasury Analyst and provide guidance on Treasury operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cash flow and working capital, including forecasting and analysis.
  • Develop and implement foreign exchange risk management strategies.
  • Invest excess liquidity and optimize returns.
  • Manage intra-group loans and banking relationships.
  • Oversee payroll accounting and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Requirements

  • Qualified Treasurer and/or Accountant with multiple years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, BI systems, and online banking systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
