Job Summary:

Ventula Consulting is seeking an experienced Treasury Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day back-office activities of the Treasury Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the settlement and confirmation of payments within defined cut-off times.
  • Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Treasury Operations Manager in achieving team goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve treasury operations efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in treasury operations, preferably in a large corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
