We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Sunderland. As a key member of our permanent placement team, you will be responsible for developing long-term professional business relationships with clients and candidates, growing our client base, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and preferences.
- Source and place permanent candidates into roles, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business from companies.
- Visit clients to build and develop working relationships, understanding their industry, and what they do.
- Manage job postings, advertising vacancies, and headhunting suitable candidates.
- Meet and brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
- Prepare CVs and correspondence to forward to clients.
- Offer advice to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression.
