- Sourcing and placing permanent candidates into roles
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and colleagues
- Using sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business
- Visiting clients to build and develop relationships
- Developing a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and work cultures
- Advertising vacancies through various media channels
- Headhunting suitable candidates for clients
- Managing applications, interviews, and tests, and creating shortlists of candidates for clients
- Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients
- Offering advice to clients and candidates on pay rates, training, and career progression

Interview ProcessThe interview process will consist of three stages: a face-to-face interview with the Branch Manager, a presentation with the Area Manager and/or Regional Director, and a 30-minute call with the Head of Permanent Placements.
