Exciting Opportunity for Estate Agent

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at an independent, award-winning Estate & Letting Agency. As an Estate Agent, you will be responsible for effectively presenting and marketing both the company and yourself to attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property appraisals and viewings to showcase properties to potential clients.
  • Develop tailored marketing proposals to attract new business and increase sales.
  • Oversee the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets.
  • Complete required documentation for sales and lettings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an estate agency, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
  • Experience in sales agency, with full training and support provided from the start.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Confident communicator with experience in consultative selling, able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Valid UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to view properties and attend meetings.
