We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for effectively marketing and presenting our properties to attract new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property appraisals and viewings to showcase our properties in the best possible light.
- Develop tailored marketing proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Oversee the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and achieve successful sales outcomes.
- Complete required documentation for sales and lettings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience working in an estate agency, with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Strong listening skills and a positive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Confident communicator with experience in consultative selling, able to build strong relationships with clients.
- Valid UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to viewings and meetings.
