Exciting Opportunity for Estate Agent

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our dynamic team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for effectively marketing and presenting our properties to attract new business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property appraisals and viewings to showcase our properties in the best possible light.
  • Develop tailored marketing proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Oversee the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and achieve successful sales outcomes.
  • Complete required documentation for sales and lettings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Sales Negotiator, or in a similar role.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an estate agency, with a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Strong listening skills and a positive mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Confident communicator with experience in consultative selling, able to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Valid UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to viewings and meetings.
