About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Additional Resources. As a key member of our sales and lettings team, you will be responsible for conducting property appraisals and viewings, completing required documentation for sales and lettings, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct property appraisals and viewings to identify potential buyers and renters
  • Complete required documentation for sales and lettings, including contracts and paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with our sales and lettings team to achieve sales and rental targets
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are offering the best possible service to our clients
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an estate agency
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
