Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Adore Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for converting warm inbound leads into long-term clients while providing exceptional account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage and convert warm inbound leads into sales opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to build trust with clients.
  • Results-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive basic salary between £35,000 - £40,000, a generous holiday allowance, a pension scheme, company events, and learning and development opportunities.
