About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Link Therapy Team, working in partnership with schools across North West to deliver the principles of the Balanced System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of schools and children, providing evidence-based SLT advice, training, and interventions.
  • Develop and implement universal, targeted, and specialist SLT interventions to support children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Collaborate with schools, children, young people, and their families to develop integrated care plans.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing CPD to deliver a safe and effective service.
  • Work as a member of a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team to provide high-quality advice, training, and interventions to schools, children, and young people.

Requirements
  • HCPC Registered
  • Speech and Language Therapy degree
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the area of practice
  • Practical experience in managing complex caseloads
  • Evidence of continued relevant professional development and implementation in practice within the last 12 months
