About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team in Shropshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver occupational therapy interventions to individuals experiencing mental health-related difficulties, in accordance with agreed care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and provide support to patients and their families.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Dip COT or degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Post and pre-registration experience in a range of clinical settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
