About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Children with Disabilities Team in Telford and Wrekin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, supporting, and coordinating care for children with complex needs in a home and team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake assessments, support planning, and care coordination for children with complex needs, including recommending suitable equipment and adaptations.
  • Work collaboratively with children, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on occupational therapy best practices and evidence-based interventions.
Requirements
  • Diploma/BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience working with children with complex disabilities and their families.
