Job Description

**Survey Senior Associate Role**

GLG is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Survey Senior Associate to join our Survey Team in London. This individual will collaborate with GLG Client Solutions and Business Development professionals as well as GLG's sophisticated client base with a focus on top-tier Financial Services Firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and facilitate customized surveys targeting specialized topics and populations
  • Compile reports of survey data for clients
  • Navigate survey requests with complex requirements and client-specific preferences
  • Manage multiple survey projects at a time and prioritize tasks based on importance and urgency to the client
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of market research and survey design experience, including experience with online survey platforms
  • Ability to analyze results and communicate survey results to stakeholders
  • Superior writing, logic, and interaction skills
  • Bachelor's degree or above or equivalent work experience
  • Full business proficiency in English
Career Progression

12-24 months after consistent high-quality end-to-end delivery and quality of relationship management, Senior Survey Associates typically progress onto Survey Manager roles where you are responsible for your own book of business, managing client relationships, and increasing account management responsibilities.
