Job Summary:
Office Angels is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payroll Assistant to join their team. As a Payroll Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll for a diverse client base, utilizing payroll systems for weekly and monthly processing.
- Ensure accuracy in RTI submissions and effectively handle pension administration duties.
- Perform manual calculations, managing holiday pay, SSP & SMP, and other statutory payments.
- Conduct thorough bookkeeping across multiple platforms, including Excel, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Maintain meticulous financial records.
- Provide professional and efficient responses to client queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar Payroll position.
- Experience working with Pensions and Weekly/Monthly wages is essential.
- IT Skills in Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel.
- Great communicator and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
