Position Summary:

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Flooring Sales Consultant. We are searching for someone exceptional to become part of our family.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that surpasses expectations.
  • Approach customers with understanding and respect, ensuring they feel comfortable and assured in their homes.
  • Measure, assess, and provide solutions with confidence.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate flooring layouts and itemized estimates.
  • Conduct thorough quality control and site evaluations.
  • Inspect sub-floors for potential concerns, determining their suitability and readiness.
  • Process customer orders meticulously and accurately when necessary.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols established by the company.

  • You understand the importance of the entire customer journey and your role in facilitating it, ensuring a seamless experience for installers and leaving customers delighted.
  • We operate with a start-up mentality, emphasizing teamwork, so you should be open to engaging in sales activities within our showrooms when surveys are not scheduled or to cover for team members.
