CMA Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team. As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for validating and processing supplier invoices for payment via the database as well as manual entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate and process supplier invoices for payment via the database as well as manual entry
  • Review and analyze Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile supplier statements to the purchase ledger to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
  • Resolve invoice and payment queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing ones

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in a previous role as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or similar financial role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure financial transactions are processed correctly
