Finance Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Assistant to join our dynamic team at CCR Recruitment Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining financial control and providing essential support to our management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of Financial Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of the company's order book and accounts.
  • Credit Control: Provide effective credit control functions as required, ensuring timely payment from clients.
  • Reconciliations and Payment Runs: Conduct regular reconciliations and provide necessary payment run information.
  • Client Invoicing and AR/AP Queries: Process prompt and accurate client invoices and handle incoming AR/AP queries.
  • Software Proficiency: Possess knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Professional (or other accounts software) and intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Develop effective communication skills to adapt to different groups and think strategically to identify potential problems.
  • IT Systems and Time Management: Utilize MS Office and other relevant IT systems, manage a high workload, and prioritize complex tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Business Acumen and Accountability: Demonstrate sound business practice, take responsibility for delivering high-quality results, and learn from mistakes.
