We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Assistant to join our team at SCA Care. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of employee salaries and expenses.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Payroll Manager in processing payroll and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the Sales Ledger Clerk in producing sales invoices, queries, and banking reports.
- Perform various finance administration tasks as required.
- Provide assistance to the Finance Manager and Finance Team as needed.
- Experience with Sage 200 and intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong data administration and entry skills.
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and accounts payable/invoice processing.
- A competitive salary of between £25,000 and £26,500 dependent on experience.
- 25 days annual leave entitlement, excluding bank holidays.
- Paid day off on your birthday.
