Purpose of the Role

Working within our Client Engagement Operations team, you will serve a hybrid function for the agency. Sitting between our marketing and new business teams, you will streamline operations and own the management of our lead generation activities. You will work with marketing, new business, and creative teams, as well as senior leaders from across the agency, to facilitate strategic prospect outreach, production of marketing and sales collateral, paid lead gen campaigns, and pipeline measurement.

Responsibilities

  1. Utilize a marketing and sales communications mix to support lead gen strategy across multiple business and global segments.
  2. Assist the Marketing Manager with the development, execution, and tracking of paid lead generation campaigns.
  3. Help identify opportunities with priority verticals and key service areas.
  4. Assist the Client Engagement team with the production of sales collateral, case studies, and other assets.
  5. Own management of prospect outreach and associated tactics – event attendance, networking, and awards.
  6. Work closely with teams around the world for case studies and marketing assets to ensure consistent, relevant sales materials.
  7. Experience in and understanding of marketing (communications, digital, etc.).
  8. Ability to push back on certain areas to give the new business team the correct setup and tools to perform effective outreach.
