Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution and compliance of HR Policies, Procedures, and Processes, ensuring comprehensive support is provided to colleagues, Line Managers, and individuals throughout the HR Life Cycle.
- Offer advice, guidance, and information or direct Managers and Staff on various topics, including HR Policies and Procedures, Recruitment, Interviews, Terms & Conditions, Maternity and Family-Friendly Procedures, Attendance Management, and Fairness at Work.
- Support HR Business Partners and HR Leads in fulfilling all HR Operation-related tasks, including HR Administration, Induction, Job Evaluation, Attendance Management, Performance Management, and Interviews.
- Conduct HR Analysis & Reporting Operations, ensuring accurate reporting to Stakeholders.
- Coordinate HR processes such as Attendance Management, Maternity, Flexible Working, and Special Leave.
- Perform research and analysis on emerging Employment Legislation, Best Practices, and internal trends to assist senior HR colleagues.
- Contribute to the enhancement of HR systems to boost efficiency.
- Aid in the development and review of HR projects, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Ensure that targets and quality standards for HR Operations and processes are consistently achieved.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Possession of a Level 5 Advanced Diploma or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, or commitment to obtain the qualification within an agreed timeframe.
- Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
- Relevant experience in the HR sector, particularly within a multi-disciplined/multi-site organization.
- Proven experience in providing advice and guidance to Line Managers on HR-related issues.
- Familiarity with HR/Payroll systems and the provision of Management Information.
- Experience in delivering presentations and briefing sessions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and their implications.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory impacts on the function.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
