We're a dynamic and growing restaurant chain in Melbourne's east, seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryAs an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring a large team of enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Focus on product quality, customer experience, processes, training, safety, and employee experience.
- Coach team members through workshops and online training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with managing business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with food quality and customer satisfaction standards.
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant/Venue Manager in the fast food/QSR industry.
- Experience leading and managing large high-performing teams.
- Direct engagement with budget & financials management, such as P&Ls, wastage, and labour reports.
- Passion for people – customer & team empowerment first mindset.
- A hunger and drive to grow your business.
- Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays.
