Job Title: District Nurse

Search Healthcare is seeking an experienced District Nurse to provide high-quality community nursing care in London. As a District Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering essential nursing care to patients in their own homes, including wound care, administering medications, and managing chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments to identify health needs and develop care plans
  • Provide education to patients and their families on managing health conditions, medication, and lifestyle changes
  • Collaborate with GPs, other healthcare professionals, and social care teams to deliver integrated care
  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' living conditions and provide support
Requirements:
  • NMC Registration
  • Experience in District/Community nursing is essential
  • Occupational Health and DBS clearance required
