Job Title: District Nurse Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated District Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a District Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the Bromley area.

About the Role:

This is a permanent full-time position that requires a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. Your key duties will include contributing to the holistic assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of patient care, implementing and maintaining high standards of care, and re-assessing and re-evaluating programmes of care when needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring that patients receive the best possible treatment and support.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient care, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience of working in a community setting, preferably with a focus on district nursing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
