Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker / Team Leader to join our team at NFP People. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
