Our team is dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development. We are seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team in the Hereford and Worcester region.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts, deputising for the Registered Manager, and ensuring that our team of Residential Care Workers are up to date with mandatory learning. You will also communicate with the on-site team, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team and staff meetings.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, completely free on-shift meals and parking, and a range of benefits including training and development plans, NVQs, and career progression opportunities. Our shift pattern includes 16-24 hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a one on two off or two on four off basis.

Requirements include a full UK driving licence, a desire to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and 12 months senior experience working in a Residential setting. We also encourage applications from those at the start of their journey.

Requirements:
