About the Role

SF Recruitment (Birmingham) is excited to be working with a forward-thinking and established manufacturing business in the Midlands, who are looking for a Training Coordinator to join their team.

This role will sit within the Learning and Development department, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and drive the growth of the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the training department with various administrative duties, including booking training courses, uploading and maintaining training records, and processing attendance, feedback, and certification paperwork.
  • Shadow the L&D Business Partner and take on additional responsibilities, including checking new starter paperwork and booking them onto relevant training.
  • Contribute to the development of the training department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of training and development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Entry-level knowledge of the learning and development process and some exposure to HR.
  • Basic knowledge of GDPR and data protection principles.
  • Previous experience working in PA, HR Administration, or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of how to use a Learning Management System (LMS) or HR system.
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft packages.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
What We Offer

This is a hybrid role with 2 days of remote work and flexible hours, including an early Friday finish. The salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
