As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating resources across various departments to ensure efficient production and meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate and plan resource effectively for different departments, including workshops, machine shop, preparation, and graphics.
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly plans for all available resources company-wide.
  • Ensure all criteria are met before scheduling jobs into production.
  • Plan to meet monthly monetary targets set by the business.
  • Attend meetings to discuss planning, financials, and issues.
  • Forward plan by a minimum of three months and ensure accurate communication with the sales team regarding the future plan.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to learn technical information quickly.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to varying work requirements.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of programs such as Excel.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £23,795.20 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Monday to Friday working hours, with flexible start and end times.
