Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join our Technical Team in Doncaster. This role will support our successful Yorkshire East region, who have a robust and secure plan for future developments.

The Planning Manager will coordinate Planning Applications Packages in line with business delivery, facilitate starts on site through coordinating and discharging planning conditions, and maintain document control and develop planning status reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver the best results possible.
  • Provide the highest quality customer care.
  • Communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience within a similar role in the housebuilding/construction industry. Site visits throughout the region will be required, and the postholder will be able to work flexibly to do so. A company car or car allowance will be provided.
