Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role

We are seeking a skilled Planning Manager to join our Technical Team at Keepmoat Homes. This role will support our successful Yorkshire East region, who have a robust and secure plan for future developments.

The Planning Manager will be responsible for coordinating Planning Applications Packages in line with business delivery, facilitating starts on site through coordinating and discharging planning conditions, and maintaining document control and developing planning status reports.

Key Responsibilities

To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.

Requirements
