Job Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our dynamic PMO Team at Card Factory.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex information for diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure effective portfolio delivery
  • Promote best practices in kanbans, backlogs, JIRA, financial reporting, and delivery metrics
  • Support project/programme budget delivery
  • Maintain the PMO as the 'single source of truth' for all projects
  • Embed and coach project control and governance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and log lessons learned
  • Manage cross-programme dependencies
  • Assist with project planning, milestone, scope, resource, financial, and change management
  • Liaise with stakeholders at all levels and prepare regular status reports for all business levels
  • Identify and support initiatives needing additional resources or governance
  • Identify, report, and resolve risks and issues while continuously improving portfolio and delivery processes
  • Manage delivery process systems (Triskell)
