Your Daily Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Coordinator, your primary focus will be to attentively engage with our Guests, foresee their requirements, and ensure complete Guest satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities will include greeting Guests at our bustling reception area, managing check-in and check-out procedures, making courtesy calls to arriving Guests, sharing your local insights, and collaborating with the team to swiftly address any Guest inquiries.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for candidates with prior experience in a similar capacity, who possess a charming demeanor and a natural talent for crafting unforgettable experiences for our Guests.

Moreover, you should have a strong command of the English language and present yourself impeccably, always aiming to deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving, while striving to meet each Guest's unique needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient knowledge of the Opera System
  • Confident communicator with robust interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for assisting others by providing top-notch customer service, even during peak times
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Positive mindset
  • Team-oriented
