Job Title: Delivery Consultant/Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Consultant/Account Manager to join our team at Higher Success. As a key member of our account management function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide perm candidate sourcing support for a 360 team and key account perm roles
  • Work directly with end clients to manage positions across multiple accounts
  • Hire perm tech professionals across all specialisms, including cloud, infrastructure, dev, dev ops, cyber security, and more
  • Ensure client satisfaction and a high net promoter score
  • Work with account managers to expand perm offerings and map out core contacts within clients
  • Carry out reporting on the success and potential of accounts for perm
  • Provide resourcing support to Perm BDMs, passing over suitable candidates for placement

Work Environment:

You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The office is located in one of the City's most iconic skyscrapers, close to Liverpool St and Bank stations.

Requirements:

  • 2 years minimum resourcing/delivery experience within a recruitment agency
  • Experience in an account function servicing large accounts (ideal but not essential)
  • Perm recruitment experience and strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt and source candidates
