Job Overview

Higher Success is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant/ Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide perm candidate sourcing support for a 360 team and key account perm roles, working directly with end clients to manage positions across multiple accounts.
  • Hire perm tech professionals across all specialisms, including cloud, infrastructure, dev, dev ops, cyber security, and more.
  • Sourcing for active roles, attending client briefings as needed, and ensuring client satisfaction and high net promoter scores.
  • Work with account managers to expand perm offerings, map core contacts, and regularly contact stakeholders.
  • Responsible for client details and account details, including contacts and roles, stored in the CRM, and carry out reporting on account success and potential.
  • Provide resourcing support to Perm BDMs, passing over suitable candidates for placement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of resourcing/delivery experience within a recruitment agency, ideally with tech recruitment experience and strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
  • Perm recruitment experience and ability to work in an account function servicing large accounts.
  • Recruitment process involves a video call, face-to-face meeting, and final phone call or video call to introduce you to the Head of Operations.
  • Please note that the company is strictly looking for people coming from an agency role for now.
