Delivery Consultant/ Assistant Account Manager – Tech Recruitment Company


The Company

A mid-sized tech recruitment company in London servicing companies globally

The Role

  • Delivery Consultant position providing perm candidate sourcing support for a 360 team and also key account perm roles you will be the main recruiter on working directly with the end client account managing those positions across lots of accounts.
  • You will be hiring perm tech professionals across all specialisms including cloud, infrastructure, dev, dev ops, cyber security and more
  • You will mainly be sourcing for active roles
  • You will attend client briefings as needed
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the client has a strong level of satisfaction and that your agency is receiving a high net promoter score
  • You will work with the account managers to ensure that the accounts are expanding their perm offering and that core contacts within the client are mapped out and all stakeholders are regularly and appropriately contacted
  • As the role grows the position will include client briefings, client review meetings and strategic account meetings, possibly requiring occasional overseas travel
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that the client details and account details including contacts and roles are appropriately stored in the CRM
  • You will carry out reporting as needing on the success and potential of the account for perm
  • You will provide resourcing support to the Perm BDM’s passing over suitable candidates for them to place


The Benefits

  • You will be working 3 days in the office and 2 from home (You will be working from the office on Tuesday and Thursdays and chose either Monday or Friday to work in the office too as well whichever suits you), the office is in one of the City’s most iconic skyscrapers, close to Liverpool St and Bank stations.
  • You will be on a commission scheme that the 360 team are on, with a 50% split, earning a % on the whole deal value not just a small amount per placement. The earning potential is very strong in this role.
  • You will be part of an account management function with a structure that allows for you to develop to Assistant Account Manager, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director.
  • You will have the opportunity over time to manage people
  • The company are very team oriented, have a really diverse team with people coming from many different countries speaking many languages. There is an even proportion of male to females in the business which is rare in Tech Recruitment firms.

The Requirements

  • 2 years minimum resourcing/ delivery experience within a recruitment agency. It would be ideal but not essential that you have worked in an account function servicing large account.
  • Ideally you will have tech recruitment experience, other markets may be considered most likely from professional sectors
  • You will have perm recruitment experience and strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to headhunt and source candidates
  • The recruitment process is a video call, a face to face meeting in the office and then a final phone call or video call to Introduce you to Head of Operations.
