About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Consultant/ Account Manager to join our team at Higher Success. As a key member of our account management function, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert recruitment services to clients, including permanent placement and account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our 360 team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contacts and roles, in our CRM system.
  • Conduct regular reporting on account performance and provide insights for business growth.
  • Collaborate with our Perm BDMs to provide resourcing support and pass on suitable candidates for placement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in resourcing and delivery within a recruitment agency.
  • Strong experience in permanent recruitment, particularly in tech recruitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
