About the Role

The Training and Development Company is seeking a highly skilled Client Relationship Manager to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, including decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and services to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in account management within financial services, SaaS, or learning solutions. You will also need to be comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
