Accounts Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Accounts/Office Administrator to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Masterdata Management: Identify and resolve discrepancies in customer information, set up new customer accounts, and conduct annual credit checks.
- Expense Management: Review and process employee expenses, including out-of-pocket expenses and Barclaycard expenses.
- Month-End Processes: Post journals, reconcile balance sheets, and perform intercompany reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger Management: Match bills to purchase orders, obtain authorizations for invoices, process invoices, and manage credit control.
- Administrative Tasks: Open and sort mail, file documents, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Annual Stock Take and Year-End Audit: Assist with the annual stock take and year-end audit processes.
- Previous Finance Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.
- IT Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ideally familiar with SAP.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
