* Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, driving excellence in patient care.

* Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.

* Oversee patient care plans and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

* Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management of nursing staff, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

**Requirements:**

* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid UK NMC Pin.

* Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, with a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of nursing professionals.
