**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of mental health nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
- **Patient Care**: Develop and implement individualized care plans, monitoring and reviewing patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care, including psychiatric intensive care units.
