Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team at MWH Treatment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Commercial Management of Projects, working closely with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyze, and control costs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and work packages, ensuring accurate quantity surveying duties.
  • Liaise with teams to capture, analyze, and control costs, ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure contractual notices and correspondence are identified and raised as necessary.
  • Prepare and issue subcontract documentation, manage subcontractors, and assist in the management and performance of subcontractors.
  • Prepare project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecasts, and assist in the management and development of junior commercial staff.
  • Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.
  • Undertake additional duties, training, and/or hours of work as required, consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
  • Promote a professional and positive image of the department and MWH Treatment, maintaining mutually constructive relationships.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain a high level of professionalism in all internal and external contact.
