About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Oswestry. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake quantity surveying duties, including measurement, cost estimating, and cost planning.
  2. Assist in the administration and management of various construction contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to contractual terms.
  3. Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide recommendations to clients for cost-effective solutions.
  4. Prepare accurate and timely cost reports, including cost forecasting, valuations, and final accounts.
  5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a point of contact for project-related discussions and queries.
  6. Collaborate effectively with other team members, including senior quantity surveyors and other quantity surveyors, to achieve project objectives.
  7. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices, ensuring that projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
  • Experience working on similar projects between \u00a35m and \u00a320m would be ideal.
  • 1+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
