Exciting Opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and proposals.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience) + car allowance + package + bonus.
