We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team, with a focus on education and healthcare projects. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for budget control, acquiring sub-contractors and materials, and providing support to the commercial and site teams.
The Role:- Quantity Surveyor with a focus on education and healthcare projects
- Valuations, budget evaluation, and management
- Managing projects from inception through to completion
- Development opportunities for professional and technical growth
- Quantity Surveying background with experience in new build commercial projects
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Looking for a Commercial Manager role with opportunities for progression
This is an exciting opportunity to join a family-run and award-winning Main Contractor, with a stable workload due to public sector framework agreements. The company is thriving despite market conditions and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the business with the objective of becoming a Commercial Manager in the next 3 years.
The successful candidate will be based in the office in Oswestry, completing site visits where needed. They will be responsible for running multiple complex projects, requiring high organizational skills.
