Job Title: Technical Sales Manager - Photonics & Imaging

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Macstaff. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of sales strategies for our Photonics and Imaging products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and proposals.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline management, and sales performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the Photonics and Imaging industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Photonics and Imaging products and technologies.
  • Ability to travel, as required, to meet with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
