Job Title: AV Technical Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced AV Technical Sales Manager to join our team at MacStaff. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the sale of our photonics and imaging products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including product demonstrations and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the photonics and imaging industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge of photonics and imaging products, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
