Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Art Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at our Art Gallery in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling high-value Artworks, and building strong relationships with our high-end clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing accurate and clear information with a high level of service.
  • Provide a luxurious experience for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow up with customers regarding delivery steps, administrative tasks, and feedback about their experience in the Gallery.
  • Achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Be comfortable selling high-value Artworks and managing customer relationships.
  • Handle commercial and administrative follow-up inherent to the Gallery business.
  • Support the internal organization of the Gallery, including light art handling.
  • Participate in event planning in collaboration with the team and the Marketing department.
  • Support the daily maintenance of the Gallery.
Requirements
  • Graduated from a Business School or commercial background, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury environment or in the Art industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills, psychology, and a liking for human relations and interactions.
  • Team spirit and a sense of challenge, with a desire to impact the Gallery's performance.
  • A strong sensitivity to the Art Market and luxury environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
  • Motivated, dynamic, rigorous, positive, and responsible, with a high level of adaptability and thoughtfulness.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of basic IT tools is highly recommended.
  • Perfect fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is much appreciated.
