About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gallery Manager to join our team at Clarendon Fine Art. As a Gallery Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through exceptional client relationships and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Qualify and onboard new clients, developing strong relationships and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Host events and networking opportunities to build relationships with clients and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and management, with a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of the art world and fine art sales is an asset, but not required.
