Resourcing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Resourcing Manager to join our team at the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our recruitment strategy.
Job DescriptionIn this exciting role, you will work closely with our Senior Resourcing Lead to develop and implement strategic resourcing initiatives that attract and recruit diverse and high-quality talent. You will utilize your expertise to provide valuable advice and guidance to the business, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
You will build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across the organization, both within and outside of the Department. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to communicate complex information clearly, and you will be confident in providing robust resourcing recommendations.
As a self-motivated individual, you will work autonomously within a small HR team, prioritizing and handling challenging demands with ease. You will have the opportunity to work towards a CIPD qualification and contribute to the development of a continuous improvement culture.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with stakeholders, including the Department for Resourcing Group and the Government Recruitment Service.
- Support vacancy holders with hard-to-fill roles, considering alternative attraction and resourcing options, including talent acquisition.
- Review key campaigns and analyze recruitment data, recommending and implementing continuous improvements.
- Support the Senior Resourcing Lead in upskilling HR Business Consultants and recruitment support teams, ensuring consistency in recruitment matters.
- Manage the joiners and leavers process, including exit interviews and new starter surveys, analyzing findings to inform recruitment and retention strategies.
We are looking for a confident and collaborative individual who enjoys building solid working relationships at all levels. You will have substantial recruitment and resourcing experience, including experience of the end-to-end recruitment process, working with vacancy holders to deliver a high-quality service.
You will be able to analyze complex situations conceptually and provide workable solutions, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
