Heathrow Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Ocean Import Clerk to join their team. As an Ocean Import Clerk, you will be responsible for handling ocean import shipments from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with shipping lines and customers to ensure timely and efficient import shipments
  • Prepare and submit customs entries for ocean imports
  • Manage FCL and LCL shipments, including booking and arranging deliveries and collections
  • Process billing for VAT and duty
  • Collaborate with the operational team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Review key performance indicators (KPIs) with the branch manager to optimize import processes

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in ocean imports
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
