At Parkside Office Professional, we're looking for a skilled ILS Operations Team Leader to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include managing, coaching, and driving performance to achieve KPIs and a high level of customer service within a specialized team.

Key Activities:
  • Supporting and coordinating the movement of pharma products and other goods required within the medical industry via air, road, sea, or courier for export and import.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods in accordance with customer SOPs, temperature requirements, and UK GDP regulations surrounding the transport and handling of pharmaceuticals.
  • Adhering to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation.
  • Managing and building customer relationships.
  • Liaising directly with carriers and handling agents to resolve exceptions and discrepancies.
  • Liaising directly with transport and warehouse teams on shipment planning and coordination.
  • Liaising directly with overseas offices on shipment planning and coordination.
  • Maintaining mandatory milestones and remarks through CargoWise (internal system).
  • Using CargoWise to create, manage, and maintain shipments.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes and delivering exceptional customer service.
